CHEER ATHLETICS IS GROWING! Multiple Coaching Positions Available!
Coaching Responsibilities
- Coach tumbling and stunting classes, based on credentialed skill level
- Create and implement lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
- Must be able to effectively teach athletes the fundamentals and techniques of the sport
- Provide feedback and guidance to athletes to help them improve their technique and form
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all athletes
- Regularly evaluate athletes on their progress of skills
- After class, speak to parents about their athlete(s) and what they accomplished in class. Take the opportunity to see if the parents have questions
Requirements :
Previous coaching experience in tumbling preferred.
