Director of Nursing-DON-ASC
We are searching for a motivated Director of Nursing (DON) in an Ambulatory Surgical Center-ASC in Manhattan, New York!
The DON to fulfill the staff nurse positions in O.R., P.A.C.U., Pre- and Post-operative care and is responsible for the coordination of care provided in these units on a daily basis, collaborating closely with the Administrator.
The Director of Nursing may utilize charge personnel in clinical areas as is deemed necessary.

What qualifications will you need :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- State of New York Nursing License
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a supervisory capacity with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to perform effectively in a variety of stressful situations in the peri-operative setting.
Salary Base : $120K- $140K
