Job Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operational functions of the Club by executing various accounting and HR tasks (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc).

Routinely partners with the senior leadership team to ensure accuracy and compliance in processes.

  • Position is 100% onsite
  • Primary responsibilities are AR Collections and AP
  • Monday thru Friday, semi-flexible hours

Day-to-Day

  • Responsible for the Club AR Aging and collections
  • Responsible for autopay declines
  • Responsible for AP invoice scans & verifications
  • Responsible for vendor reconciliations
  • Assist Financial team with monthly AP closing accruals
  • Weekly & Monthly Compliance reporting

Additional support :

  • Cross-train to learn all duties pertaining to the daily revenue reconciliation and cash deposit activity
  • Cross-train to support member billing (ensuring accuracy and overseeing dispute process)
  • Cross-train to support the review of Membership applications for completeness and assurance with program / legal requirements
  • Cross-train to support payroll compliance and commission calculations on a weekly basis (paid bi-weekly)
  • Cross-train to support employee file maintenance (Updating pay, status,
  • Cross-train to support Dept. Heads with employee on-boarding & I9
  • Cross-train to support Dept. Heads with Payroll & Benefit processing and question

Direct Reports / Direct Manager

  • Position reports to Dir of Administration
  • Also supports the General Manager
  • No direct reports

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of Leadership experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Bookkeeping / Accounting experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background credit check as position deals with confidential information
  • High School Degree or equivalent, required
  • Previous Club / Hospitality / experience is preferred
