Responsibilities :

• Personalized Care : Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
• Companionship : Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering emotional support and companionship to brighten their days.
• Health Monitoring : Observe and report any changes in clients' health conditions, ensuring timely intervention and medical assistance when needed.
• Meal Preparation : Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences, promoting their overall well-being.
• Household Assistance : Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
• Mobility Support : Assist clients with mobility exercises to enhance their independence and prevent falls.
• Community Engagement : Encourage and assist clients in participating in social and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community and joy.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient personality

Compensation and Benefits :

• Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly. Additional rates available on a case-by-case basis, up to $30 / hr!
