Your Opportunity : Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Coordinator to facilitate a smooth interaction between Customer Service and the Production Floor.

Your Responsibilities :

• Review order specifications provided from sales / customer service / customer
• Communicate via voice and email to ensure orders are processed correctly
• Resolve order discrepancies with sales / customer service / customer
• Ensure high level of accuracy for all data and information provided to manufacturing
• Data entry
• Generate and prepare production work orders for manufacturing floor
• Work closely with office, manufacturing, and shipping personnel
• Manage and file all documentation

Your Shift : 1st Shift - 7 : 30AM -4 : 00PM

You Must Have :

• Good computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions and interpret numerical data
• Microsoft Applications : Outlook, Access, Word, Excel

We Would Also Prefer :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year Customer Service and / or production experience
• Familiarity with Star, Tops, or other ERP systems
