About the Role :

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Growth as well as sales professionals to ensure strategies and goals are in alignment with the Total Client Sales Process.

This process will maximize our value to our clients and equip sales professional with the tools needed to be trusted advisors, able to identify client needs across all current and future fin-tech solutions.

As our capabilities expand, the sales coordinator with reiterate the sales process methodology campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement with respect to the Total Client Sales approach both for insurance and non-insurance solutions.

Primary Responsibilities :

Assist in Developing Processes and Procedures for the Growth Team :

  • Understands talent within the region to develop baseline process of filtering platform level prospects to leads to ensure high-quality leads are pursued.
  • Assigns the leads to sales professionals with the expertise to best engage with the lead.
  • Works closely with Head of Growth, Head of Client Solutions, and New Business Marketing Team to develop standard processes and procedures for timeline as it relates to prospect contact, qualifying a lead, complete submissions, proposal delivery, and binding.

Manage Growth Team KPI’s :

  • Manage and monitor tracking of KPIs pre-integration with adjustments as needed
  • Manages sales professional reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood within the region and throughout the organization.
  • Work with Head of Growth and contacts within Acrisure to ensure necessary results are being tracked and monitored
  • Monitor the team’s overall performance as it relates to KPIs and assess whether the set goals are achieved. If results are not being received, communicate with Head of Growth to develop strategies on how to generate data needed to take next steps.

Assist with Communications to the Growth Team :

  • Assist Head of Growth to communicate deliverables, expectations, meetings, education, resources, tools, etc. to meet and exceed goals.
  • Communicate Acrisure specific sales processes, solutions, and industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Work with enterprise level sales development leaders to coordinate sales professional training through participation in the Accelerator program and sales workshops.

Assist with Hiring, and Onboarding of New Sales Professionals :

  • Works closely with the Head of Growth to determine platform needs for sales talent
  • Works closely with human resources to find top talent to promote growth within our region during the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process.
  • Work closely with contacts with the region to develop a strong onboarding process for new hires including not but limited to positive culture experience, education and awareness, training and development, career mapping, etc.
  • Once a candidate is chosen, oversees the onboarding process. This includes working alongside Head of Growth to finalize employee compensation and contract as well as helping them assimilate into their new work environment.
  • Works closely with marketing, sales, and human resources to ensure sales professional onboarding program and ongoing training is up to date on our current product offering throughout the first 90 days.
  • Work closely with Head of Growth to develop an education program for new sales professionals with total client selling in mind

Marketing and Lead Generation :

  • Acrisure uses various methods when identifying prospective clients, including digital and field marking.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Growth and corporate marketing team to develop platform specific content and campaigns including but not limited to social media, email marketing campaigns, drip marketing campaign content with market segmentation focuses, webinar education, live presentations, etc.

Maximize Adoption of Technology and Resources :

  • Where applicable, ensure sales professionals are utilizing Acrisure platforms specific to their area of expertise to drive sales activity, pipeline, and lead generation to promote revenue growth.
  • Develop a consistent communication strategy to ensure awareness and education of resources available are being utilized by the growth team.
  • Communicate with Head of Growth, Marketing, and other growth related operations to ensure the growth team has the tools to do their job and are using them, including CRM technology that is configured to ensure efficiency and productivity (manual tracking pre-integration).

Requirements :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and fintech industry

  • Must be able to travel up to two to four days a week.

Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, or equitable experience
  • Marketing and / or sales experience, preferred
