Micro Tech is seeking a Machine Operator to join our clients Medical manufacturing team. This is a temp to perm opportunity, $19 / Hour.
Hours are Monday through Friday 7 : 00AM to 3 : 30PM.
Duties Include :
- Sets up and operate battery of automatic braiding machines
- Responsible for determining the correct material and substrate size for specific projects
- Loading and stringing up the machine according to specifications
- Responsible for making necessary adjustments to ensure even winding of material
- Responsible for inspecting the overall quality of the braid evenness
- Cutting first article samples for inspection
- Monitor machine for breaks and any other issues
- Continuously inspect braid and wire counts
- Repair and replace parts as necessary on braid machines
- Repair breaks in wire as necessary
- Cleaning and maintenance
Requirements :
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- Mechanical abilities
