Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staffing Coordinator at Labor Max Staffing-Corpus Christi. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for daily staffing operations, including recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in appropriate positions.
They will also handle employee relations, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
