A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to serve as a liaison between borrowers and loan officers.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound dials daily to connect borrowers with loan officers
Maintain organized records of lead dispositions and transfer outcomes
Follow up with non-responsive borrowers and facilitate connections when they are ready to refinance or purchase
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
Bilingual Spanish is mandatory
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
General credit knowledge is a plus
