Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the HR Technology space with focus in implementing or building recruiting applications, in a Fortune 500 company
- Experience in solution evaluation, design, configuration, implementation, integration, and administration of applicant tracking systems
- Experience as a senior leader of distributed, global teams with sustained high levels of employee engagement
- Demonstrated domain / industry thought leadership in HR Technology landscape
- Extensive experience managing vendor / partners to deliver against service level agreement target measurements
- Proven track record of motivating technical talent and influencing business stakeholders
- A laser focus on outstanding business outcomes with effective and fast decision making that takes into account the interests of all three key stakeholders employees, customers and shareholders
- Must be very comfortable with Agile and related methodologies to accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk
- Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes
- Track record delivering innovative, user focused solutions
- Strong executive leadership excellent communication skills, collaborative, empowers others, understands facilitative leadership and change management (across multiple organizations)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solution
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of the HR Domain and Business processes
- Critical thinking and innovative problem solving
- Ability to develop credibility quickly and influence business leaders
- BS Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with People and Places Leadership team to deeply understand Intuit’s talent strategy, technology needs, candidate and recruiter experience and shape the decision making
- You will assume product ownership for Recruiting systems at Intuit both home grown and 3P applications
- Develop a product strategy and roadmap that will accelerate awesome results for Intuit employees and applicants. Align with customers on their most important business priorities and articulate a vision for how technology can be an enabler and accelerator
- Manage and direct E2E cross-functional program team across People and Places and IT
- Establish robust governance of Intuit’s Recruiting ecosystem to ensure a durable implementation, and high data quality
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the employee experience, reduce risk and costs, and improve compliance and controls
- Think broadly and provide innovative options / solutions. Stay abreast of external trends and new suppliers to advise / consult with HR partners to deliver on their strategy and inform the technology roadmap
- Evaluate and analyze data and information from vendors and internal sources to understand historical data and identify emerging trends.
- Ensure implemented technology meets the transactional, reporting, and analytical needs of our businesses. Work with data engineering teams to redesign our workforce data lake and BI reports
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team that processes HR transactions championing a culture of continuous process improvement.
Working in conjunction with other COE leaders, ensure that end-to-end processes are delivering desired results
- Communicate effectively across the organization to ensure that the team is completely aligned to the business objectives and can do the job effectively
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders that can help smooth execution, identify new opportunities

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $195000 - $264000, Bay Area California $195000 - 264000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
