Key Responsibilities : Prepare, review, and negotiate supplier contractsManage the contract lifecycle process including tracking negotiations and abstracting contractsProvide guidance on contractual language and maintain supplier and contract tracking databaseRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years of experience in contract management or six years of experience in lieu of a degreeExperience with Ironclad preferred;
familiarity with Salesforce and ClickUp is a plusStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe AcrobatExperience or interest in project management and process improvementsParalegal certification and / or experience is a plus but not required
