C ancer Care Northwest is hiring a full time Patient Navigator responsible for providing resources, education, referrals and coordination of care to patients.
The Patient Navigator will develop relationships with CCNW patients and providers by providing resources, support programs and assist in meeting other cancer-related needs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have :
- 2 years of direct patient care experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong computer skills
