[REMOTE] Jr. Paid Social Media Buyer

Your Mission :

The core mission of the Jr. Paid Social Media Buyer is to support our Sr. Paid Social Media Buyers as they scale and optimize Client ad accounts based on their North Star Goal.

In this role, you will help with creative strategy, campaign creation and testing, and report creation. The goal is to promote you to Sr.

Media Buyer in 6 to 12 months, where you can lead accounts.

Initiatives / Outcomes for Success :

• Achieving 80%+ of Client Paid Social North Star Goals for 6 Clients on a Quarterly basis
• Weekly A / B testing of creatives, audiences, angles, ad copy, etc.
• Provide creative insights and analytics to Creative Team for new ad creative

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• A strategic and analytical thinker who follows through to execution with unyielding attention to details

• Strong understanding of the DTC marketplace
• Strong listening skills to understand clients' visible and invisible needs
• Experience in multiple FB Ad Accounts

• Less than 2 years of e-comm marketing experience

Compensation :

• $50k to $70k salary + bonus
• 401k
