As a

Senior Manager of Content Design , supporting Enterprise Services, you will lead the content domain across key areas of our Marketplace and associate tools, focusing on experiences for Walmart partners, suppliers and our associates.

You will guide your team in creating the highest quality content, helping drive the development of foundational tools, frameworks and resources that allow the team to scale efficiently and deliver excellent, consistent and compelling work.

Collaborating with design, product, engineering and business partners, you'll positively shape products and foster an inclusive experience for partners, suppliers and associates with your artful use of the Walmart voice, content best practices and end-to-end UX strategies.

You'll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and content rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team and leadership.

A demonstrated track record working cross-functionally, shipping successful product copy in a fast-paced environmentExperience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders through the use of sound rationale - finding opportunities to bring out the best in people and flex to the needs of the program by refining the messagingA deep appreciation for systems thinking and a keen understanding of information architecture, both from a design and content lensA positive mindset with a penchant for puzzles - you're nimble and understand innately what 'less is more' means to the userThe ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multi-task across different projects and platforms and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the businessThe energy and empathy to motivate and support teams and partnersA knack for leading by doing, inspiring, coaching and contributing to the design org's culture.You'll make an impact by :

Preferred qualifications :

Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Design, or similar8+ years of experience in UX content strategy / design (not product marketing)3+ years as a people managerA portfolio with UX case studies showcasing your craft, impact and collaborative processExperience participating in peer reviews and working within a crit culture

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in UI / UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years' experience in UI / UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

Option 2 : 7 years' experience in UI / UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

2 years' supervisory experience.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
