Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for a manufacturing company based out of Denver, CO.

This is an in-office, contract to hire position paying $21 / hr. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders received by phone, fax, email and EDI.

Hours : Monday through Thursday : 7 am - 4 pm; Friday : 7 am - 3 : 30 pm.

Job Duties :

• Provide customers technical information on product
• Process customer orders
• Consult with Technical Director and relay necessary information to customers
• Administrative work including filing, recording of quites, and compliant issues
• Staff the will-call counter for drop-in customers
• Responsible for handling a shared email inbox
• Correspond with clients via email responses

Qualifications :

• High school diploma / GED required
• Must be able to multi-task and pivot quickly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Background check and drug screen required upon hire
