Focus :

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance demand generation across key market sectors including real estate, construction, law, and more.

Collaborate with the Director of Brand Marketing and the Managing Director of Marketing to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the firm's strategic objectives.

Lead a team of marketing professionals, driving performance through data-driven insights and robust analytical frameworks.

Implement rigorous metrics and KPIs to monitor marketing effectiveness, utilizing advanced tools for campaign attribution and analysis.

Partner with sales and business development teams to refine buyer personas, optimize lead generation processes, and enhance customer acquisition strategies.

Direct the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that utilize a mix of digital, event-based, and content-driven approaches to reach and engage potential clients.

Champion a multi-channel marketing strategy that ensures robust lead generation and significant growth in market share.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new marketing technologies and methodologies.

Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing performance, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future growth initiatives.

Skill Set :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is highly desirable.

At least 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-growth environments within the professional services sector.

Proven track record in leading effective demand generation and revenue-driving marketing strategies.

Deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO / SEM, content strategy, and integrated omnichannel campaigns.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Strong analytical capabilities with experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments for maximum ROI.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and partners.
