Client Overview :
Our client is a renowned medical practice with various locations throughout the area. Their mission is to provide top-of-the-line patient care while providing their staff with a warm and welcoming environment.
They are currently looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$18 / hr
Position Overview :
The Receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. They will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks.
The schedule is as follows : Monday Friday from 8 : 30 am 5 : 00 pm.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist :
- Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation.
- Maintain office inventory levels.
- Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly.
- Schedule upcoming appointments and notify patients of any cancellations.
- Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experience.
Qualifications for the Receptionist :
- Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must!
- Experience working in a medical environment is a plus.
Education Requirements :
- High school diploma is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
