Location : In-Office Candidates based near Mankato, MN, including surrounding areas such as Rochester, Burnsville, Mankato

Company : Client Company based in Minnesota

Hours : 44 hours per week

Compensation : Base Salary $100,000, with OTE $148,000 - $200,000 based on performance

We're seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in-office to build and develop our sales force.

Position : Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead a team to achieve and exceed sales goals, with key responsibilities including :

  • Sales Planning : Develop sales strategies, set goals, assign territories, and monitor key accounts.
  • Team Management : Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff, while providing mentorship and support.
  • Performance Management : Oversee team performance, including lead generation and account management, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Data Analysis : Utilize data insights to make informed decisions, manage the sales pipeline, and boost team productivity.
  • Customer Interaction : Engage with clients and prospective customers, attend events, and handle escalated issues.
  • Market Trends : Stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting : Communicate key metrics, team achievements, and improvement areas to upper management.

Requirements :

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Previous IT sales management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success managing a sales team, particularly through long sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented, with a collaborative, team-focused approach

Soft Skills :

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM tools and process improvements
  • Ability to support strategic initiatives, handle projects, and optimize the sales process

Job Type : Full-time

Team Activity Bonus : Awarded for achieving team goals such as appointment setting, maintaining a CSAT score of 95%, and proposal submissions.
