Job Title : Java Technical Project Lead
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location : Dearborn, Michigan
Responsibilities :
- Experience in Java development, with prior experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in project management and leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools.
- Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance processes.
- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
- Guide team members on technical aspects, conducting reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
- Fill and ensure the completion of timesheets and the invoicing process by deadlines.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
- Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
- Track open tickets / incidents in the queue, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure analysts adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to find faster, better, and more economical ways to perform tasks.
- Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and maintain timelines.
- Promote teamwork and motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
- Provide application production support according to the process / RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
