Desktop Support

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across multiple sites in Wisconsin. This role involves maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops, and related devices, installing new equipment, and ensuring proper inventory and equipment lifecycle management. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Location : 100% onsite across multiple WI facilities (mileage reimbursement included)

Schedule : 4x10-hour shifts, with flexibility required

Duration : Through June 2026, with possible extensions

Requirements : At least 2 years of desktop support experience (imaging, ticketing, lifecycle management), valid WI driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
