Compensation :
$85,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop leads using different strategies to help the team achieve sales targets
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge in real estate sales
- Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are set with a listing or buyer's agent
- Maintain regular communication with potential homebuyers through phone calls and emails to ensure brand recognition when they are ready to buy
- Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor the team's progress towards company goals
- Handle qualified sales inquiries and convert them into new clients
- Update and gather customer information using CRM systems for agents' reference
- Efficiently schedule appointments
- Conduct appointments in a professional and effective manner
Qualifications :
- To be considered for this entry-level Real Estate Sales Agent position in Carlsbad, CA, US, having an active Real Estate License is mandatory or being in the process of obtaining one is required.
- Sales experience is not a prerequisite as we offer extensive training to all new team members.
- Strong communication skills are a vital asset for this role.
