Manager, Internal Communications

The Manager, Internal Communications will bring leadership and oversight to network-wide webinars at Orangetheory and implement new initiatives to improve internal communications effectiveness and reach.

They will help to drive execution by ensuring that all events are properly calendared, resources are in place, scripting has been completed, and everything is tracking on time.

They will also be responsible for tracking and measuring KPIs and making improvements to processes and procedures as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate and drive the planning of all network webinars, including Owners Only, AR webinar, Orange Nation Webinar, plus any one-off webinars needed by individual teams
• Create webinar presentation templates and work with cross-functional teams to gather all required inputs
• Own the logistics of network webinars, including calendaring, registrations, and technical setup
• Create, update and manage master webinar calendar
• Develop and lead an intake process through which cross functional teams can request communications support
• Identify and test new mechanisms to optimize communications accessibility and reach across all platforms
• Optimize network content platform organization ensuring content is easy to access and up to date.
• Track and report on the communication’s team KPIs
• Provide proofreading and editorial counsel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience in communications or related field (Video & Web-based preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field of study
• Excellent oral / written communications, editing, speechwriting and presentation skills
• Ability to create compelling webinar and video messaging
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Franchise and / or multi-unit experience is a plus

Orangetheory Fitness currently observes the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton, FL and Seattle, WA offices :

• Remote optional : Mondays and Fridays
