Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Network Analyst to join our cient's IT team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in network administration and support.
You will assist in maintaining our network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to implement network configurations and upgrades.
- Conduct routine network assessments and report on performance metrics.
- Support the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
- Document network processes and update technical documentation.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network access and connectivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of routers and switches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus but not required.
