Job Description
Duties :
- Manage small customer projects using systems and project management best practices to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee work orders from setup to invoicing, including material procurement and partner management.
- Coordinate with technicians for service and warranty work, ensuring adherence to scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Assess service quality, identify improvement areas, and communicate with internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent project and service quality.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of project coordination and client service experience
- Experience with invoicing, managing work orders, and dispatching technicians to the site
- Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Additional Info :
- Pay range : $50,000 to $58,000 + BONUS
- Schedule : Monday to Friday 8a to 5p
- Location : In Office (hybrid flexibility - 1x work from home per week)
