- 5-7 years as Technical Operations Coordinator
- Production equipment experience including reactors, agitation, vacuum pumps, and vacuum ovens.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Great interpersonal, written, oral presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Time-managing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Responsibilities :
- Creates, deploys, and enhances Continuous Improvement
- Ensures that EHS and ESG guidelines are strictly followed.
- Leads projects involving multi-disciplinary teams, implementing actions, and assessing results efficacy.
- Creates, implements, monitors, and enhances Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain good manufacturing and documentation practices
- Ensures Production equipment is maintained and in compliance with preventative maintenance programs and calibration
