What you’ll do
This position will provide reporting and administrative support to the Reinsurance Department.
In this role, you’ll also :
- Prepare financial summaries for client & broker presentations
- Respond to carrier requests for payment dates
- Run reports to assist in preparing monthly aggregate projections
- Maintain reinsurance group assignments listing
- Maintain carrier information listing by client & plan year to be used for emailing of monthly 50% notifications
- Create new group folders
- Request renewal and new group stop loss policies from carriers
- Maintain group assignments on internal data storage drive
- Assist in downloading many Specialty Prescription invoices from internal data storage drive and save to clients’ filing folders
- Download funding tickets to be paid during renewal months
- Assist in running claims inventory
- Run reports for various ad hoc requests
- Assist reinsurance support, analysts, supervisor and director with additional projects
What you bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Two or more years’ experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
