The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for all employees and providing support for various payroll-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and adjustments as per company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Participate in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Generate and distribute year-end tax documents, including W-2 forms.
- Work with the RDP division to track and log product returns
- Handle other general or payroll-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
