Responsibilities :

  • Takeoverall responsibility for developing testing strategies and plansin collaboration with our esteemed client crossservice teams andthirdpartypartners.
  • Utilizeyour extensive experience with Avaya architecture designimplementation and testing to support the development ofarchitecture designs for globaldeployments.
  • Stayat the forefront of the Avaya field by keeping up with the latesttrends and technologies ensuring that our solutions are cuttingedgeandinnovative.

Requirements

DesiredSkills andExperience :

  • Provenexperience working with Avaya CM implementation and servicerelatedwork showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of Avayas productportfolio.
  • Strongtechnical expertise and experience with Communication ManagerSession and System Manager and Session InitiationProtocol.
  • Directcustomer interaction and support experience demonstrating yourability to provide topnotch service toclients.
  • Familiarityand experience with Avayas Contact Center portfolio furtherenhancing your capabilities in thisfield.

COMPENSATION

Thepay range for this opportunity is from $110200 to $148800performancerelated bonusbenefits

Thisrange represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary forthis position. This role is also eligible to receive an annualbonus that aligns with individual and company performance.

Actualsalaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate squalifications skills andcompetencies.

Desired Skills and Experience : Proven experience working with AvayaCM implementation and service-related work, showcasing yourcomprehensive knowledge of Avaya's product portfolio.

Strongtechnical expertise and experience with Communication Manager,Session and System Manager, and Session Initiation Protocol.

Directcustomer interaction and support experience, demonstrating yourability to provide top-notch service to clients. Familiarity andexperience with Avaya's Contact Center portfolio, further enhancingyour capabilities in this field.
