- Provenexperience working with Avaya CM implementation and servicerelatedwork showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of Avayas productportfolio.
- Strongtechnical expertise and experience with Communication ManagerSession and System Manager and Session InitiationProtocol.
- Directcustomer interaction and support experience demonstrating yourability to provide topnotch service toclients.
- Familiarityand experience with Avayas Contact Center portfolio furtherenhancing your capabilities in thisfield.

Thepay range for this opportunity is from $110200 to $148800performancerelated bonusbenefits
Thisrange represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary forthis position. This role is also eligible to receive an annualbonus that aligns with individual and company performance.
Actualsalaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate squalifications skills andcompetencies.
