As the Engineering 360 Product Manager (PM), you will develop the strategy, vision and the product roadmap to provide visibility & proactive insights that fuel critical data driven decisions across the company, including executive leadership that uses them to determine investments to improve Trust and Customer experience.

You will be working very closely with various stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of internal customer use cases and work with your engineering architect counterpart to execute your roadmap.

You have to be able to work through ambiguity to get results. You will leverage your relationships with key internal stakeholders to align priorities and provide prioritized use cases for your engineering partners.

You will own the go-to-market for your products and leverage your experience to present compelling cases to executives, engineering management, and individual contributors.

This role calls for a strong, proactive leader capable of autonomously driving projects. You have demonstrated an excellent track record for driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and stakeholder adoption.

Your Impact :

Lead the roadmap for your area, and actively participate in driving the vision for the broader platform. Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company strategy.

Be an expert on the domain, the stakeholder requirements, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all collaborators are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.

Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product Managers play a meaningful role in creating alignment between software engineering and other groups, such as User Experience, Content Experience and Technology Enablement.

Collaboration is essential to the job, and collective ownership / responsibility for the full platform that we’re working on is a key team expectation.

Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process.

Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.

Strive for the best customer experience possible. Work with the technology team to deliver an extraordinary product driven by customers, prospects, advisory teams, and internal product experts.

Drive the end-to-end feature delivery cycle.

Measure success. A feature's release does not dictate success. Define what success means for each feature and each function before it even goes to development.

Develop ways to constantly define, monitor and strive for success and positive impact on all Engineering Operations.

Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate product release communications for your components. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable for success and failures.

Promote your products internally and ensure a cohesive message.

Your Skills :

  • Data is in your DNA. You are comfortable with data and analytics. You love providing both quantitative and qualitative metrics to build a roadmap and inspire your team.
  • You have deep empathy for various stakeholders that impact your product. You know how to work with key groups like Tech & Products, Business Technology and Data Cloud.

It will also require presentations to numerous partner and customer teams, as we need to represent the requirements we're trying to get them to accept.

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, technical competence, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • Experience using agile methodologies to deliver products and technologies is a huge plus.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive successful projects and programs across a complex organization with many stakeholders, in a fast paced environment

Required Skills :

  • 10+ years of product management experience (or relevant experience)
  • Proven, demonstrable track record on collaborating and influencing executives
  • Experience in taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch
  • Experience as a product owner leading Agile teams at a technology company over multiple product releases
  • Experience building Enterprise SaaS products
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Domain expertise using Tableau dashboards to present complex information in an actionable way
  • A related technical degree required
