As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Effectively managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions to provide seamless service..
- Demonstrating prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met
- Maintaining meticulous client records and documentation for efficient record-keeping and streamlined processes.

Requirements :
- A Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred. Candidates without a license are encouraged to pursue one, with full support provided by us.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance customer service or a comparable customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational prowess for maintaining precise records and ensuring thoroughness in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems to efficiently handle administrative responsibilities.
