Abel Personnel is recruiting for a rapidly growing car dealership client in Dillsburg, PA, and we are on the hunt for a motivated and professional Part-Time Clerical Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.

We are seeking someone who is eager to contribute to their success and share in their commitment to delivering exceptional service to their customers.

Position Details :

• Job Title : Part-Time Clerical Receptionist
• Location : Dillsburg, PA
• Pay : $16 per hour
• Schedule :
• Monday - Thursday : 4 : 30 PM - Close (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 PM)
• Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (3 weekends a month)

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Offer beverages to customers
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Post payments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Wear company attire (provided shirts) to maintain a professional appearance and promote the company brand.

Requirements :

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic math skills for posting payments
• Attention to detail
• Professionalism and a positive attitude
• Willingness to be a team player and contribute to a supportive work environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
