WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk in the door or contact us.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer area, creating a welcoming and safe environment.
- Support Service Advisors in their daily tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow and assisting in gathering necessary information for service recommendations and quotes.
- Provide support to Gas Attendants in all tasks related to fueling and vehicle tire repairs.
- Safely shuttle customers to and from the shop when necessary, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
- Pick up and return parts as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for accessories and supplies in the customer area, placing orders as needed to replenish stock and prevent shortages.
- Assist with daily tasks such as greeting and checking in customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, posting parts, confirming next-day appointments, and performing customer follow-up calls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, and customer areas
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Previous experience in a customer service role, specifically in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and support various departments within the facility.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- A strong desire to serve customers and become a rockstar Service Consultant, with a commitment to growing a career in the automotive industry.
