Job Description
- Manage the inbound phone line and efficiently redirect calls to the appropriate team members.- Provide guidance and accurate information to clients, ensuring they are supported and directed correctly.
- Resolve client queries effectively over the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.- Assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the customer support department.
- Strong interpersonal skills : Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Excellent time management skills : Capable of prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Problem-solving abilities : Proactive in identifying and resolving issues promptly, utilising critical thinking skills.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills with a eye for detail.- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A team player with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.- Highly motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous customer service experience in a BPO environment is advantageous - Polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication - Proficient in MS office with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
