Our client, a food manufacturing company in Perth Amboy, NJ, is seeking an ERP Senior Analyst to join their team. The ERP Senior analyst is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and supporting ERP solutions.

Monday-Friday, onsite - This is NOT a remote position.
Salary starting at $95,000 / year, commensurate with experience

You will be the go-to person for all things ERP, gaining professional development and growth to transition into a leadership role.
Working collaboratively with various departments to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics NAV 15 system, you will wear many hats including :
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Leverage your expertise in Jet Analytics, Jet Essentials, SQL Server, and basic SQL programming to generate insightful reports
- System Administration : Maintain the health and integrity of our ERP system, performing regular backups, restorations, and troubleshooting.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the organization.
- User Support : Provide ongoing support and guidance to our team on utilizing the ERP system effectively. Develop and implement solutions to enhance ERP functionality.
Skills / Experience :
- 2-4 years' experience as an ERP Analyst / Manager
- Understanding of programming or scripting languages (SQL preferred)
- Experience with Excel a must and Crystal Reports a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft's EDI Modules, particularly ASN transactions
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 15 system greatly preferred
- Experience with VPN and Active Directory
- Bilingual highly preferred
- At least 2 years' Supervisory experience, as you will have 2 direct reports
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus
