In this role you will :
Work independently to provide face to face services to accounts in assigned locations in the areas of customer service, hardware / software computer based needs and training
Maintain a schedule that will allow for service to client accounts in an efficient manner
Support Sales staff with client account start ups
Sets up shortlists and special profiles of tests most frequently used by the client
Conduct sight surveys to familiarize themselves with the overall operations of the office
Follow-up continuously with clients regarding their accounts
All you need is :
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Communications or Business)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication, trouble shooting and follow up skills
Clean and valid NYS driver’s license
Salary minimum to max is $28.00 to $35.00 an hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
