Commercial Electrician Leadman What You Will Do
You will work on commercial job sites commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, retail centers, parking structures - within Houston and the surrounding areas (no overnight travel!) Ideal schedule is 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm schedule, depending on jobsite.
- Lead the electrical crew on jobsites
- Perform 2 week look ahead on projects
- Manage materials for projects
- Communicate with General Contractor (GC) regarding specs, change orders
- Examine and inspect construction sites, work progress, and equipment
- Ensure that work is safely performed to project specifications
You will drive your own vehicle and tools to job sites.
Commercial Electrician Leadman You Must Have :
- Previous experience in a commercial electrician role leading a crew (Journeyman or Leadman)
- Provide your own tools to use at the jobsite
- Reliable transportation for travel to and from the jobsites
- This role requires successful completion of a drug test and background check prior to start date
You will take a skills assessment to determine your level of experience and rate of pay.
Compensation $26 - $35 per hour + potential for overtime (dependent on your level of experience) and additional bonus potential.
May include vehicle stipend.
