WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Oversee and manage the marketing generated pipeline, with a strong focus on digital channels
- Build and optimize our digital inbound "machine," including all paid media (search, social, display), organic media (social, SEO), and operations / tech stack management
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to achieve demand generation targets, ensuring accurate measurement and tracking of KPIs
- Work closely with the SDR team and Sales team to be a bridge towards improved enablement and conversion rates across the entire marketing funnel
- Manage MarTech solutions and vendors to ensure streamlined processes
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and other internal teams to ensure a holistic view of the business is seen to drive demand
WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, with a strong background in cybersecurity and digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Experience working with SDR teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scale
- Ability to report to our Midtown office at least 3 days per week
- Willingness to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced, startup environment
The base salary for this role is between $170,000-190,000
