Au sein des équipes de notre client dans le secteur bancaire, vos missions seront :
Le rôle au quotidien consiste à :
- Assistance au quotidien des traders et des vendeurs sur les différents problèmes qu’ils peuvent rencontrer dans l’utilisation ou la disponibilité de leurs outils.
- Analyse des problèmes et proposition d’une solution immédiate et adaptée aux contraintes métier pour assurer la continuité des activités de trading.
- Recueil des besoins des utilisateurs Front-Office et contribution en collaboration avec les entités de développement et de Middle-Office pour proposer une implémentation rapide et adaptée aux contraintes métier.
- Assurance quotidiennement des mises en production, des modifications de configuration et de la disponibilité des applications Front-Office.
- Assurer la conformité compliance des applications et environnement de trading.
La mission :
- Assurance du support, gestion des incidents et projets d’évolution de l’outil de contribution des warrants et certificats BNP.
- Gestion des évolutions et monitoring des applications de hedge passant par une plateforme centralisée de gestion des ordres cash et dérivés de couverture.
- Assurance de la disponibilité et de l’évolution des outils de Pricing et de passage d’ordre des traders.
- Gestion quotidienne du risque opérationnel des activités de trading.
- Gestion des sujets transverses impliquant de nombreux intervenants Front et IT à l’international.
- Initialisation et suivi des demandes des nouvelles fonctionnalités des outils de trading avant de les implémenter.
- Contribution à la maintenance et à l’évolution des plateformes et systèmes Front Office.
- Interlocuteur privilégié entre les différentes entités de Trading, Vente, Middle Office, Développement et Infra.
- Gestion du risque opérationnel.
