Job Description

At CoBank, the Corporate Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to extending offers.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in identifying and hiring top-notch technical professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to build a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand, highlighting the organization's culture, values, and commitment to professional growth.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and overall hiring process efficiency.

Provide regular reports to management.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required

Work Experience

  • 3 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter required
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills and industry trends required
  • Recruiting experience during a transformation to AGILE Principles, SAFe Framework required
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools required
  • Experience with iCIMS (ATS) a plus
  • Extensive experience in sourcing using SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Financial Services sourcing and recruiting a plus
  • Corporate recruiting experience over agency background preferred

Compensation Information

  • Estimated Base Salary Range : $89,000-$120,000
  • Short Term Incentive Bonus : 15%
