Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Provide excellent customer experiences to clients.
- Process client quote requests in a timely manner.
- Respond to all inquiries and sales requests in a timely manner.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, cross-selling and lead databases.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Requirement
- Fully licensed in Property, Casualty and Life
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and follow-up effectively.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Proficient in using software and computer systems.
