Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Connect with prospective clients, understanding their specific insurance requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Client Servicing : Maintain robust relationships with existing clients by addressing policy queries and offering support in claims and renewals.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about core insurance products and explain their features to clients clearly and effectively.
Sales Strategy Execution : Implement strategic sales plans to meet individual and team sales targets.
Record Keeping : Accurately input and manage client information and sales data in the CRM system.
Market Research : Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed advice and distinguish Corey Mayle Allstate Insurance as a leading choice in the market.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess an active Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
