Qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have an interest in developing a broader knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits offerings

While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 22% service charge to all checks.
Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
