This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work :

As an OTM Solutions Architect working within Redwood Platform Services , you will be responsible for quickly adapting to situations and learning on the fly to support client projects.

How You Make a Difference Everyday :

• Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight.
• Perform Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) configuration according to client requests.
• Work with the customer manager to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project.
• Perform solution design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project-related issues.
• Work independently to define scope and implement smaller solutions for clients.
• Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of OTM and GTM to meet the client's needs.
• Document test scripts and test OTM / GTM applications.
• Perform training for end users.
• Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level.

You’ve Got This?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience.
• 2-3 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) experience.
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to learn on the fly.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
