Role Overview :
We are on the hunt for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about helping professionals transition seamlessly into new roles.
If you’re a seasoned recruiter, HR generalist, or resume writer with coaching expertise, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary resources and information.
- Personalized Consultations : Utilize your HR, recruiting, or resume writing expertise to advise clients.
- Story Emphasis : Meet with clients to stress the importance of crafting impactful stories, incorporating relevant metrics, to ensure their success with career strategists.
- Quality Assurance : Regularly spot-check onboarding processes to confirm that clients have correctly and fully completed all aspects.
Provide feedback or assistance where necessary.
- Platform Management : Regularly update and maintain client data within our Salesforce system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our executive coaching team, providing insights and feedback to refine client strategies.
- Tech Support : Assist clients with technical queries related to our digital platforms at a critical stage in their process.
- Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with the latest trends in the recruitment and HR landscape to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR generalist roles, or resume writing.
- Coaching or mentoring experience is essential.
- Strong technical acumen; familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team-driven virtual environment
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Passionate about delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
