The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
- Assists with job posting and advertising processed.
- Schedules training in conjunction with Training and Onboarding Coordinators.
- Prepares progress report and possible strategies for weekly meetings with departmental managers.
- Communicate with the training and Onboarding Supervisor regarding any complications incoming applicants may face.
- Attends and participates in collage job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Field Work (Work in the Field)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
- Proactive and independent with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least Five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Prefers Spanish Speaking / Bilingual Male
