You will collaborate across departments to ensure our integrations are seamless, efficient, and provide significant value to our clients.

Your Role

As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will own the end-to-end strategy for integration initiatives within Dialpad's product portfolio.

You will assess customer requirements, work with engineering and design teams, and leverage feedback from Sales and Marketing to create integration solutions that elevate our offerings in the UCaaS and CCaaS landscape.

This role requires a strategic mindset, as well as tactical execution skills, to navigate the complexities of API development and third-party collaborations.

What You'll Do

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and prioritize integration requirements and timelines.
  • Integration Roadmap : Create and manage a comprehensive roadmap for integrations, coordinating release schedules across multiple teams to align with business objectives.
  • Customer Needs Assessment : Engage with customers to gather feedback, assess integration needs, and translate those insights into actionable plans.
  • Problem-Solving : Identify gaps in existing integration frameworks and develop solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Analytics Utilization : Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of integrations, defining success and improvement strategies based on data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Project Management : Lead the planning, execution, and launch of new integrations, ensuring all cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and supportive throughout the process.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and execute effective strategies for communicating integration features and benefits to prospects and customers.

Skills You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with 5+ years in product management, with a focus on integrations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in B2B environments, ideally within CCaaS, UCaaS, or CRM spaces.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a knack for leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Who you are

You are a creative, passionate and experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience, and a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional product experiences in the Contact Center space and / or Analytics space.

You learn by doing, love tackling as-of-yet unsolved problems, and take an analytical approach to arriving at the best solution.

You have an entrepreneurial, goal-driven mindset, and are comfortable in an agile environment. You have excellent communication skills, and can act as a bridge between product, engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales.
