The Receiver performs the tasks of quality controlling inbound shipments from our Vendor Partners and customers.*What you will do : Quality Control by accurately inspecting, counting, and receiving in products using RF scanner or AS400 menu options.

• Utilize pallet-jack or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move product or skids on the warehouse floor.* Follow Preferred Methods and Safety guidelines.
• Rotate throughout the Receiving department performing various receiving functions, including housekeeping.* Assist other areas of Operations, including cross-department functions, for training and operational purposes.
• Sort, unbox, count, scan, cube, bundle, and label product.* Offload parcel trailers manually.* Communicate with the Data Entry team to ensure proper receipt of products when questions or discrepancies arise during the quality control process.
• Attain individual and department goals.*What we expect of you : High School Degree or equivalent.* Previous receiving or warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational, counting, and multitasking skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Ability to perform 8 or more hours of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying products in any combination at any given time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (team-lift for anything above 50 lbs).* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment which includes changes in temperature as the weather fluctuates, noise from conveyors, and forklifts.
