ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Key Accounts Manager is responsible for the acquisition and development of large accounts, primarily Fortune 500 companies.

You will develop strategic account plans in order to create sales proposals yielding profitable account development and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

  • Develops annual customer revenue and profit plan.
  • Provides analysis by identifying opportunities in a current customers situation and effectively communicating those opportunities to the customer.

Ability to analyze data and customer situations and draw valid conclusions and form plans from the analysis.

  • Communicates with clients, prospective clients, and other dealers through various methods of presentation.
  • Grows and maintains relationships through both internal and external resources.
  • Uses Wiese sales process to achieve goals.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Develops strategies to maximize opportunities in current customers
  • Organizes and performs equipment demonstrations.
  • Develops and maintains and in-depth knowledge about the products and services being sold by the company.

Internal Candidates :

  • in lieu of direct experience) Completion of development plan created by your supervisor
  • Be a positive influence within your branch. Proven history of improving and assisting others within the team and mentoring new hires. Natural optimist.
  • Minimum of 3 consecutive positive performance reviews in your current position at Wiese.
