Ideal candidate :
- 7+ years civil litigation experience, 5 of those years in labor and employment and / or class action work
- Experience serving as a lead attorney, mentoring junior attorneys and developing staff
- Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to handle multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Superior analytical and legal research skills paired with legal strategy skills
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated career advancement
- JD from ABA-accredited Law School
- California licensure, in good standing
