Role Overview :

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our triumph. Your extroverted nature and influential abilities will assist in cultivating solid partnerships with clients, pinpointing fresh investment prospects, and navigating agreements that are advantageous for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategic plans to engage with potential investors and enhance connections.
  • Perform in-depth research on market trends and investment prospects to inform decision-making.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on investment opportunities and engage in deal negotiations.
  • Utilize creativity and enthusiasm to captivate investors and foster trust in business relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Executives and Closing Managers to achieve mutual goals.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required for this Sales Account Manager position in San Diego, CA, US.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively connecting with potential investors.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting is a must for success in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for conducting research on market trends and investment opportunities.

Compensation : $125,000+ yearly
